Nature Wise provides a range of services to help you engage more mindfully with the natural world; through activities that call upon your awareness, creativity, reflexivity and resilience, we aim to enhance your capacity to make decisions that more truthfully reflect a unique sense of who you are.
Mindfulness - engagement in a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with the natural world through meditative practices and a focus on the ‘here & now.’
Observation & Sensory Awareness – using the senses: touch, sight, smell, taste, hearing, balance to experience the environment more deeply, developing your own relationship and sense of existence as a natural being.
Reflection – learning about your Self in nature, your relationships and way of being reflected in the world around you.
Forest Bathing – taking the time to immerse yourself in natural environments and just ‘be’ with nature; finding serenity in nature for a relaxing, restorative experience.
Deeper Into the Wild – longer immersive experiences through more remote activities including wild camping and wild swimming as well as supported outdoor challenge activities.
